Okay, so for the month of January we’re focused on how to create change CORRECTLY, and specifically talking about change in the exercise department.
Right now we’re seeing it everywhere,
“New Year, New You — Get Your Gym Membership!”
“Bounce Back From All The Damage You Did During The Holidays!”
I’m so sick & tired of this fear-based, punishment-focused marketing:
How we interpret this:
FEAR of our bodies changing.
FEAR of not being accepted.
FEAR of being rejected.
FEAR of not being enough…. Unless we change.
These types of ads are contributing to the problem NOT the solution.
Don’t get me wrong‚ I understand wanting to have a stronger and healthier body, but we need to do that FOR OURSELVES — not because we have a fear of being rejected if we don’t.
It has to start with a deeper desire to truly LOVE and care for ourselves (not punishment).
And that’s exactly what I teach you in today’s audio.

Look, I know there’s a lot of ads popping up around you about “getting on the fitness train” and signing up for the next fad workout plan — but hear this loud and clear!
The reason why you’re not moving your body regularly isn’t because you need another blueprint plan designed for the masses OR more “willpower.” It’s a load.
Don’t buy into it any longer.
Why isn’t it about willpower?
Because our bodies are DESIGNED TO MOVE. Yes. Yours, mine, your neighbors and your Aunt Edna’s.
We’re all designed to move, A LOT.
So when you’re constantly sabotaging yourself and not reaching your New Years Resolution exercise goals (I don’t believe in those BTW) it’s not because “You’re just not a “workout person”.”
It’s actually much deeper than that.
(Big surprise I’m talking about the mindset again — haha!)
Okay so firstly, we have to look at your history with your body and movement.
Which isn’t always easy to look at.
As someone who never did things like athletics, I often felt so out of sync with my body as a kid leading to a lot of shame when I was in classes like PE or doing anything outdoors.
Or if you’re a person who did sports you may have your own set of limiting beliefs that are keeping you from exercising regularly.
Like, feeling like your body is never as good at your coordinated, strong, and powerful peers, or thinking that the only thing that qualifies a “workout” is sweat, grit, and seeing the white light.
Wherever you fall on this spectrum we must take a look at these underlying issues that are causing you to sabotage all of your health efforts to exercise more.
And as for your desire for a workout plan… Yes, those things can be helpful and motivating but if you don’t learn how to LISTEN to what YOUR body’s needs first you will always fizzle out and quit.
Let me show you how to heal those deeper fears keeping you stuck and exactly how to start listening to your body so you can become a person who loves to workout.
Ooooohhhh yeah!
