I didn’t have specific health problems, just low motivation to get my body moving, along with dealing with cravings for foods that I know are not healthy for me. I also knew that in my head, I wasn’t ready to let go of comfort foods, etc., and I knew my mindset was impacting my overall health goals. I had read so many self-help books and tried so many specific diet and weight loss plans, but something made me unable to stick with any of them long enough to really make a difference in my life. I was just going from plan to plan, wasting money on the next fad, so that part was frustrating. I was blaming myself for not having the right character to finish what I started. I was dealing with a constant negative self-image and self-sabotaging judgments.

Since I’d met the greatest guy to start my life with, I kept saying that we had so much to celebrate and all our celebrations include wining, dining, and great food, so eventually, we’d stop partying and my weight would drop. We were both into yoga and hiking and fun activities…we just needed to rebalance from our perpetual dating status.

My problem was more mental than anything. I had mental baggage that was dragging me down and I felt like my habits and mindset were impacting my new relationship in some ways that I didn’t want. I wanted a fix…but I wanted to keep celebrating life and enjoying every moment, so I was skeptical that I could have it both ways. I thought I’d have to choose between “fun” and “health”.

Right away after starting to work with Nichole, I knew that this program wasn’t another diet, that this program was going to change me from the inside out…and I knew I had found something worth exploring. It seemed that it was designed just for me. I noticed that I was beginning to change the way I thought about food and exercise…that my relationship with food was going to be forever changed.

I also noticed that this was going to hit on things my counselor hadn’t even touched, but that were very necessary for me to get to my next level of being the best me that I could be, not only for me but for everyone else my life touched. Right away I also noticed that I was going to be exposed to things I’d been skeptical about…tapping, etc., but that I was going to have to have an open mind to give this program the best shot at changing me.

The journaling and homework helped me so much to go deep inside myself to really get to the root of my personal issues. That, along with the continuing education, the calls, the videos, the emails, the text messages, the personal gifts, the sisterhood…all of these things make Nichole’s program so personal and so rewarding and so successful.

The Wildly Alive Mastery has truly changed how I see myself, not just filled my mind with more facts about eating and exercise. It is continuing to shape and change me into a better person, not just a thinner one.

If a friend was on the fence about doing the program, I would say, “do it!” It is a journey into your soul and you will come out smiling, giggling, and happier than you’ve ever been before.

You will finally understand your true worth and see yourself as others see you. Losing some weight and being healthier are really the side benefits. Her program will lead you on a path of discovery in so many new directions. It is life changing and life-affirming.

If you want another diet and exercise program and to continue to be discouraged about your life…keep doing what you’ve always done or buy a gym membership and try the next fad diet. If you want to live life Wildly Alive, then jump on board! Life is worth living, don’t wait!
