After working with hundreds of women for 13+ years in the health/fitness industry, I realized that diet culture conditions us to believe that change has to happen from a place of shame. This is what I call “Shame-Based Change.” It doesn’t work because it’s a set up for failure.

So how DO you create lasting change? Well, it’s what I like to call “Respect-Based Change.”
