This weeks video isn’t the easiest to share because it reveals a part of my life I’ve had to do a lot of healing around.

Some may think I’m oversharing… but this was my reality… And my hope, is by you learning about my story you find strength (not pity).

Though this was an aspect of my life I victimized myself over for entirely too long (as you will see), I can now say I would NEVER wish for a different journey. I wouldn’t be who I am because of these tough experiences. And hey! I love who I am 🙂

So all I ask is to please watch with compassion and not judgement.

Thank you <3

Forgiveness Worksheet

(Video Transcript)

Today’s free coaching video is a little different than what I usually do.  I’m giving you a look into my history, and how I’ve healed from past hurtful experiences.

Something I preach in the Wildly Alive Weight Loss Program is the importance of forgiveness work, and why we need to practice it for our entire lives.

A lot of the reasons why we’re reaching for those foods is because we haven’t come to terms with or forgiven past hurtful experiences, so there is a lot of resentment and unresolved emotions in our bodies.

This weeks video is one that's not the easiest to share because it reveals a part of my life I've had to do a lot of healing around. Please watch with compassion and not judgement. Thank you ♥

Being someone who “walks the talk,” I want to share a video I made in massage school. Yes, I am a certified massage therapist, but I don’t practice anymore. I truly believe my reason for going to massage school was to heal from my childhood.

The final project was called, “What Healing Means to Me.” I created a video – big surprise! 🙂 That’s what I’m sharing with you today.

My hope is that when you watch this video, you don’t feel pity or feel badly for me.  That’s not my intention.

My intention is that you will see what I’ve healed from and have forgiven my past. Which I’m now really grateful for. I wouldn’t be who I am and I wouldn’t have this amazing life that I have, if it wasn’t for my past and some of those hurtful experiences.

I’ve found gratitude. I’ve grown from these past hurtful experiences. I’ve practiced forgiveness.

I truly believe those hurtful experiences have helped me create this amazing life that I have. I hope it inspires you to do the same.

I created this video back in 2009. There are some typos, please disregard those.  🙂

I hope you find some inspiration.

[PLEASE WATCH THE VIDEO ABOVE TO SEE WHAT I’VE HEALED FROM]

I’m hoping that has inspired you to take this one step further. I’m giving you access to a forgiveness worksheet that I usually only give to my paying clients.

A really great place to start with forgiveness is SELF-forgiveness.

For other past hurtful experiences that are sitting in your body, print off another copy & do it again.

I know this is a little out there, but Wildly Alive is a little different.  The reason why I’m sharing it with you today is because I’ve seen forgiveness time and time again, that it helps women heal their relationship with their bodies, heal their relationship with food, and help them take loving action every day.

Print the forgiveness worksheet.

I want to hear from you!

Thank you so much for watching. I know this isn’t an easy topic. I look forward to talking with you next week. Remember, if you’re not having fun its your own damn fault.  Bye.
