Working with Nichole has been a life-altering experience. A year ago, if you would have met me, you would have faced a broken person. I was struggling to sleep four hours a night. I would forget to eat until two or three o’clock in the afternoon, at which point I would grab whatever food I could quickly find to keep from passing out. I was stressed, exhausted, and had put my self-care at the bottom of my priority list.
