Module 3  – How To Eat For Your Body & Stop Stressing About Food

Wildly Alive Workouts (x3)

When a woman is told that her value lies in the shape, size, and performance of her body, exercising becomes extremely triggering. Her knees, lower back, and arms start to give out, then she starts talking crap to her body, “UGH! I’m so weak! Why did I let myself get this out of shape?!”

And then, bam she’s now stuck in a shame shit-storm (remember what you learned about shame-based-change above?). She leaves the workout feeling worse than when she started.

So, she doesn’t show up to move her body again for months. I don’t blame her — no one would stick to anything that felt that bad. When we work out together we’re addressing these triggers, we’re “re-writing” the story as we move so you can see exercise for what it REALLY is. A place to create mental clarity, restful sleep, and strength. NOT a place to purely manipulate your body.

What makes me qualified to help you feel and look better?

I’ve been coaching women on how to find confidence, strength, and happiness within their bodies since 2006. I’ve coached over 800 women and I account for my 84% success rate to my unique approach as well as the fact that I’ve been there.

My life once revolved around changing my body. That’s it. I even went as far as getting plastic surgery. I never went out with friends, had any fun, or swayed from my “plan.”  I was stressed, obsessed, and deeply unhappy… so I ate, a lot. And then I obsessed more about changing my body. It was a vicious cycle.
I finally learned the real secret to putting an end to emotional eating and having a healthy relationship with my body and exercise… And it had nothing to do with “my plan” and everything to do with letting go.
I’m offering you a way out. It’s unconventional and requires an open mind, but if you’re still reading, your body is talking to you — This is just the thing you’ve been wishing for, you just have to want it.

FAQ’s

What if I don't feel like I deserve to spend this kind of money on myself?
As women, we are taught we aren’t worthy. That we have to sacrifice, give everything to everyone else and never invest in ourselves (with time or money). But despite what you were told or how you feel YOU MATTER. YOU are important. 

Your relationship with your body affects every aspect of your life. How you show up as a friend. How you show up as a sister. How you show up as a mother. How you show up professionally. How you show up as a wife. When you have a fractured relationship with your body all of that suffers.

When you start to find respect for your body and take care of her consistently you have more energy, confidence and joy… and THAT is something everyone will benefit from. 

If you’re giver and love to help and serve, investing in YOU is the most giving thing you can do. 

What if I'm too busy for this program?
I get it. You have a million things to do, and adding something to your to-do list sounds almost impossible. But here’s the deal: you are always going to be busy. That’s probably just how you are. I’m built that way too, and I have to work at it to slow down. So you can keep doing things this way, or you can make a shift and learn to sync up with your slower, more restful seasons, so you don’t burn out.

The great thing is this program is perfect for busy women. It’s 100% portable. Each week you’ll receive videos and a checklist. You can easily listen to your phone and adjust the playback speed (don’t worry, we teach you how) and listen while you are working out, getting ready in the morning, or driving in the car.

After listening each week, you can then carve out 30(ish) minutes (whenever best fits into your schedule) to complete the weekly assignments (journaling, worksheets, etc).

Mind you – we talk a lot about stress and time management throughout the program. It isn’t about magical apps or scheduling tactics – it’s a mindset. If we can work on your mindset during hectic times and teach you to stay calm, you ultimately become more efficient and productive.

I’ve had a hard time keeping up with courses in the past. What makes this different?
This program is extremely organized, you’ll get a checklist with everything to complete that will guide you through all the content.

There will be 60-minutes of content each week (video style) and an “Awakening Activity” to do with each piece of content. This could be a guided visualization to really step into these practices and make them real NOW or some journaling. That’s it! Our course participants often say that they get so much from even just a few hours each month.

We also hold 2 group coaching calls to really dial this class in for your specific needs. Your schedule, your body, your challenges. This is your time to individualize this group course, for you (and not pay my 1:1 rate).

Having the course spread out like this gives you a chance to rest, integrate, or work through it without feeling rushed.

Several of our past participants reported that even when they felt “behind” with the content, the work still worked its way through their lives and they still felt the benefits. You do NOT have to do this perfectly to create change (we address perfectionism a lot in this course).

What if I fail like every other program I've tried?
The Wildly Alive Weight Loss Program is completely different than anything you’ve ever tried.

Aside from how different this approach is from all those other programs out there… Did you have a group of sisters beside you? What about a 1:1 mentor? What about a coach like Nichole who truly wants this for you? Healing your relationship with food, exercise, and your body so you never have to struggle with this again should never be done alone. It’s a complete setup for failure.

We are going to help you uncover WHY you are sabotaging yourself with food and teach you how to listen to your body, so you never have to think about RESTRICTING, FORCING, or WILL-POWERING you into change. It’ll be as easy as turning inward for the answer (yes, you’ll learn how to trust your body that deeply).

Why will THIS time be different?
This is one of the biggest fears that come up when women are considering the program. We get it – you’ve done so many diets, exercise programs, cleanses, weight loss programs, wraps, pills, you name it, and you always end up fizzling out and quitting.

First off, please know — IT’S NOT YOUR FAULT. Truth is those programs set you up for complete failure. I mean, come on. Are they even realistic? NOT AT ALL.

We have coaching calls where you’ll get 1:1 support to keep you from shooting yourself in the foot. And when the sabotage starts to creep in (because it happens to everyone), we’ll bust through that roadblock right on the call so it can stop holding you back FOREVER.

The amount of support you get from Nichole and your Wildly Alive mentors will help you feel like failure isn’t even an option.

What if I can’t afford it?
I think the bigger question here is — can you afford not to? As women, our relationships with our bodies affect every aspect of our lives. From our relationships with our partners, to how we raise our children, to whether or not we’re successful in the workplace – this kind of program is life-changing and powerful. When you understand this, you know that this kind of self-improvement should come before your daily Starbucks run, your weekly happy hour or that Netflix subscription.

We are also really flexible with payment plans. Please reach out if you need to discuss an extended or flexible payment plan (ex. Pay day is the 17th and you can’t start payments until then). What about the other women? I'm nervous about the community aspect.
​I get it maybe you’ve been burned by other women before, and you do want this to feel like a popularity contest.

The courses I’ve run in the past have been some of the most loving, supportive communities of mature and capable women I’ve ever had the pleasure of being part of.

We expect everyone to show up with kindness and curiosity, even in the space of differing opinions (though we don’t allow bigotry). It feels incredible to have a group of women who are devoted to connecting without judgment or grandstanding while still bringing an energy of celebration and connection.

That being said, “stuff” sometimes comes up for people, and if that happens, we will agree to look within and do the soul searching necessary to grow through the experience.  We have a set of agreements for engagement, and we are always monitoring the group to help it feel like a truly safe space.

My partner doesn’t understand why I want to do this. What should I tell them?

​​​​​​​I totally respect that financial decisions often have to be made with a partner.

What I recommend you do if you’re considering joining, regardless of whether you end up signing-up or not, is feel into what difference you feel Wildly Alive Weight Loss will make in your life.

Nichole couldn’t do this on her own. No matter how much resolve she had or how badly she wanted it, it just didn’t happen. But then she hired some amazing coaches and found an incredible support system that led me to where she is today.
